Video player issues?

01/31/2015 by Prospector Jess 4 Comments

Sometimes our web players and various web browser & operating system combinations conspire together to prevent viewers from enjoying our videos.

Here’s a few tips to help you resolve that problem.

1.  Look at your browser and computer audio/video settings to make sure other videos work, for example YouTube.   Check on this channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/ProspectorJess

2. Then look at the video player for the Hunting4Gold page you’re viewing. Does it look like this picture?  If yes try clicking with your right mouse and setting the player to ‘html5’ or ‘Flash’ depending on which one is currently set.  See “Check Flash or Html5” picture below… Switch it and replay video.

3. If it still won’t play try another browser or computer.

4. Contact us, so we can help get you set up.

I own 10 acres outside of Searles Valley complete with washes and a riverbed. The earthquake hit hard and I’m definitely going to look for Gold.

Great idea regardless, there are a lot of gold sources in the area.
