I had prospected in Korea when I was in the military. I had a top secret clearance working with nuclear tip missles and test electronics of the missle guidance and other equipment.
Was successful in finding good rocks and crystals.
my wife and i have really gotten bitten by the gold bug we have o knowledge (except of what we are watching and reading on this and other websites) and can i say WOW, very overwhelming can i say. we have joined the gpaa and r learning that if we dont move we r going to miss the next gold rush..i guess my question is not to sound stupid but what,where and when. what do we do to get really going. r there places to go that are not already owned or have to be a member to be able to prospect can a person still go out prospect and find gold and place a claim.we live in western ny (i know 90% the problem) we have 2 young boys,we want it to be fun but productive and of course the time daddy is out alone but where…so is there anyone i can talk to or would be willing to help a new gold hunters get our feet wet.
