This ‘How to use a gold sluice-box’ series is intended to help you get started using a sluice box in your prospecting adventure.

A sluice-box will multiply your ability to quickly separate Gold from the surrounding dirt, sand gravel and other Gold hiding materials.  The sluice will leverage moving water to perform the sorting that would normally take you many-many pans per hour.  All you need to do is set it up right, operate it in the way that keeps gold from flowing out the back and then clean up your gold concentrates at the end!

Oh, and divide all that gold you found among your partners as you agreed to… 😉
