I came from the phlippines i have an item with oblong shape almost a half inch thick, and 3×4 inch wide, yellowish in color, with markings, PE-1, RCB-7 and a circle shape with flame, i just wanna ask what those markings mean? and do this item contains gold…?

I have chosen prospecting as a way to stay outdoors. While being a coastal Washingtonian keeps me realistic about our limited amounts of gold, I would like to see some color at some point. Where do we learn the connections between the minerals found where gold might exsist?
when a turn mounds up a pile of boulders on the inside of a corner, where is the pay streak in that pile
Each rivers turn will be different this means the paystreak location will be different as well. This is part of the fun; the hunt of finding it, seeing how fast you can find it by careful sample panning, then if it’s worth the time to recover whats there or to move on. Hope this helps

Anyone wanna share where they go around Ventura/LA counties to prospect and pan? I am just looking for someplace to have fun close to home and of course GOLD would be fun too. Roger
Los Angeles and Ventura County area is usually best in the 1. Piru creek area (panning) and 2. San Gabriel river Azusa area. Check your local GPAA for access too. Note: This site access may change soon due to proposed land use restrictions and forest service limitations. That’s why knowing the mining law of 1872 is so important. Stand up and be heard!
